Gillingham Business Park is Kent’s number one location for business

Gillingham Business Park is an established self-contained mixed-use business park situated between London, the Channel Tunnel and the South East coast ports of Folkestone and Dover. The Park comprises a mature development of some 100 acres (40 hectares) providing over 140,000 sq m (1,500,000 sq ft) of industrial, office, retail, and leisure accommodation.





An impresive list of occupiers includes; Lloyds TSB, Virgin Media, Yearsleys Frozen Foods, Norish Cold Store, Magnet, The Post Office, Builder Centre, City Electrical Factors, B&Q, DG3 Holdings, Fuji Seal, Hochiki Europe, VBH, All Plumbing Kent, Brown Brothers, Gibbs & Dandy, Contego Packaging, E G Energy, Drakes Plumbing, Edmundson Electrical and Henry Schein UK Holdings.


Over the years, the Park has won several awards including commendations from The Financial Times Industrial Architecture Awards and Civic Trust Awards. Over 3,200 jobs have been created by businesses operating from the Park.

The site is owned by Threadneedle Property Investments Ltd and asset managed by Collingwood Rigby.

The acquisition represented an opportunity for Threadneedle to work alongside Medway Council in making a positive contribution to the region and underlined their strategy of investing in properties with strategic importance and the potential for practical and financial growth through the pursuit of asset management initiatives.
